To make this science project, we need some supplies;

  • Steel saw blade kit 
  • Mini drill Chucks
  • Hot glue gun 
  • Cutter

Materials

  • DC motor 
  • Electric tape 
  • PVC pipe
  • Switch 
  • Charger 
  • USB 

Steps To Make A DC Motor Dremel Machine

To make DC motor Dremel Machine, you just have to follow these steps; 

Step 1: Take a small PVC pipe and make a hole in the center of the pipe using the cutter. Insert the toggler switch within the hole and secure it with a hot glue gun.

Step 2: Cut the USB pin and cut the data wire. There will be two remaining wires. Connect one of the USB wires with one wire of the switch.

Step3: Connect DC motor wires with switch wire and USB.

Step 4: Fix the DC motor at the top of the PVC pipe with a hot glue gun.

Step 5: Insert all the wires inside the pipe and close the other PVC pipe with a pipe sheet. 

Step 6: Connect mini drill Chucks with the DC motor shaft.

Step 7: Fix the steel saw blade with the drill Chucks and secure it tightly.

Step 8: Connect the USB from the charger and switch it on.

Step 9: The blade saw starts working, and Dremel Machine is ready to work. You can either use a drill or saw blades, cutter blades.

Here are some things that you must keep in mind while making this tool; 

  • Keep this machine away from the touch of children. 
  • Take the help of adults while making this tool. 
  • Make sure to fix all the blades tightly.
