Steps To Make A Plywood Lounge Chair

Step 1: The first step is to sketch the outline of the lounge chair on the cardboard.

Step 2: Now, slowly start cutting the cardboard by using Kiwi Knife.

Step 3: Now, cut two 18 inch wide wooden strips.

Step 4: Place the cardboard pieces on the wooden board and trace the outline on it.

Step 5: The next step is to cut the traced design with the help of a jigsaw.

Step 6:  Use the old wooden pieces and make a square structure.

Step 8: Now, arrange the wooden plywood in the following manner and tight it with the help of nails.

Step 9: Now, attach the scrap wood pieces to the wood and tighten it by using nails and a drill machine. Make sure to do this process on both sides.

Step 10: Now, we will cover the chair by cutting the wooden sheet. Place it on the table and start cutting it.

Step 11: You should now stack multiple layers of the wooden sheet and let it dry for some hours. You can add some clips and rods to make sure everything is strongly placed.

Step 12: Now, open the cover and stick the other wooden sheets layers, which will be the support of the chair.

Step 13: In the next step, open the covering and stick multiple wooden sheets.

Step 14: Now, take the chair out of the mold and start trimming the edges, as it will give an appropriate angle.
