Steps To Make A Wooden Mallet

Step 1: The first step is to take a wooden log and do the marking.

Step 2: In the next step, you have to cut the wooden log to the marking you have marked.

Step 3: Now, take the second wood log and do the marking. But remember, the length of this second log should be more than the initial one.

Step 4: Similarly, cut this piece by using a saw machine.

Step 5: In the next step, draw the line in the middle and cut the wooden log into two pieces.

Step 6: Now, place this piece over the first wooden log and draw its markings.

Step 7: Then, take the small piece of a wooden log and mark the midpoints.

Step 8: Slowly cut the wood but make sure you do not chop it completely.

Step 9: Now, attach both the wood logs together.

Step 10: Apply glue and stick all the pieces together.

Recommendation

  • We recommend you add wooden varnish at the end, which will polish and highlight the mallet.
  • We recommend you use a pointed pencil or a black marker for markings.

  • Make sure you wear all the safety gear while cutting the log.
