Introduction
In this global pandemic situation, W.H.O has asked every one of us to continuously wash our hands with the help of hand sanitiser, soap, and hand wash. But, there is an issue with touching the surface of the hand sanitizer. So, to resolve this issue today, we will teach you how to make an electric hand sanitizer machine. Let us begin.
Supplies
After looking at today’s agenda, let us look at the supplies required to make an electric hand sanitizer machine. They are as follows:
Tools
- Cutter
- Rounder
- Pen or Pencil or Marker
- Glue Gun
Materials
- Hand Sanitizer
- Ultrasonic Sensor
- Arduino Nano
- Plastic Container
- Servo Motor
- Copper Wire
- Hot Glue Stick
- Nail
Steps To Make An Electric Hand Sanitizer Machine
Step 1: The first step is to attach the ultrasonic sensor to the Arduino.

Step 2: In the second step, you have to connect the stepper motor wires with the Arduino and the Ultrasonic sensor.

Step 3: The third step is to fix the servo motor on one side of the plastic container using the glue gun.

Step 4: Now, attach one of the copper wires to the servo motor with the help of holes present on it.

Step 5: In the next step, take a piece of hot glue and make a small hole. Now, gently put the copper wire into that hole.

Step 6: Now, insert a nail on one side of the box and attach the other end of the wire to it.

Step 7: The last step is to code the code, insert it into the Arduino, and test the machine.

Recommendation
- If you do not have an ultrasonic sensor, we recommend using I.R Sensor.
- We recommend covering the plastic box as it will not damage the electronic sensors.
Things To Remember
- Make sure you use a hand sanitiser with a dispenser.
