- Oranges
- Sugar
- 4 teaspoons dried ginseng root
- 320 mg caffeine powder
- 4 g taurine powder
- 240 mg Ginko Biloba
- 2 cups (470 ml) boiling water
Steps To Make Homemade Energy Drinks
Step 1: Firstly, rinse the lemon under the running water and then scrub its peel using a vegetable peeler or citrus peeler.

Step 2: Then, pour the sugar into a bowl with the lemon zest and gently stir the mixture using the muddler for about five to seven minutes.
