We will perform an experiment to check how long it takes for meat bag-packing to spoil and what kind of environment would be safe for keeping meat. This experiment (Safely Thawing Meat Used While Bag-Packing) will include keeping steak, chicken, and hamburger meat under 40૦F until dinner.
